The key to proper use is finger-painting the cream on so it sits on top of the skin and can drain into the root structure through the skin's invisible hair follicles. Do not rub in as this will trap the natural actives in the skin's barrier. The product can be used as the first step in a regimen or as the last step. Can be left on overnight or washed off after 5 to 10 minutes.
