Any cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee (value of the deposit paid online). Patients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged a No Show Fee (value of the deposit paid online) that is non-refundable and by scheduling and agreeing to this policy, you are agreeing to your credit card to be charged. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason.
